B2E's Telephone Append program assigns a confidence level to each record, based on the match between your and our national demographic files. Clients may select a confidence level maximum to meet their needs.  Seven matching levels can be assigned; the lower the number, the tighter the match. To be considered a match, records must match last name (or phonetic last name) and the city.
